Pavka Agent is the simple-chat product. Its purpose is to give visitors a place to ask questions while they browse, rather than requiring them to find every answer unaided.
Separate from Agent Helper
Pavka Agent and Agent Helper have shared history but remain separate product identities. Do not assume that Helper features, its current interface or its release status also apply to Pavka.
Keep expectations grounded
Configurable specialist roles and knowledge-base features belong to future plans. They are not presented as finished Pavka capabilities, and a chat illustration is not a verified live conversation.
How the workflow fits together
- Start by deciding what questions visitors should be able to ask and what needs a human reply.
- Review the confirmed release requirements when a package becomes available; no installation or paid-service setup is offered from this preview.
- Before using a future release publicly, test answers, language, appearance and the route to human help on your own site.
What you need
This is a WordPress plugin, not a standalone chat app. A release-specific provider setup, compatibility check and data-handling explanation are needed before installation. AI service charges, if used, are separate from the plugin.
