Privacy Policy
Last updated: 22 October 2026
This page explains what personal data newsagentwp.com processes, why, for how long and what choices you have. We keep it short and specific to how this site actually works.
1. Who is responsible
Antoniuk Pavlo
For any privacy question or request, write to antoniukprawda@gmail.com.
2. What this site is
newsagentwp.com is an information site about WordPress plugins with guides and articles. You cannot buy anything on the site at the moment: there is no checkout and no payment data is collected.
3. Visiting the site
When you open a page, our hosting provider’s servers process technical data that every browser sends: IP address, date and time, the page requested, browser and device type and the referring page. This is needed to deliver the site and keep it secure (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). These server logs are kept by our hosting provider, Hostinger International Ltd., under its log-retention rules and are not combined with other data.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
Necessary (always on). They make the site work and are set by this site only:
agentwp_lang– remembers your language, 1 year;wordpress_gdpr_*– stores your privacy choice, 180 days;wordpress_logged_in_*,wordpress_sec_*,wordpress_test_cookie– only if you sign in; up to 14 days;comment_author_*– only if you tick “save my name” when commenting; about 11 months.
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
5. Account and “Continue with Google”
You can create an account with “Continue with Google”. Google then gives us your name, email address, the information that your email is verified and your Google account ID. We create a WordPress account with this data to provide the account (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and keep it until you ask us to delete it. Signing in with Google does not subscribe you to any updates. Google’s own processing is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
6. Updates by email
If you enter your email address in the updates form, we store the address, your site language, the date and how you subscribed, and use them only to send news about new plugins and articles (consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can unsubscribe at any time by writing to antoniukprawda@gmail.com; we then delete your address.
7. Comments
When you comment, we store your name, email address, website (optional), the comment, your IP address and browser type to publish the comment and prevent spam (legitimate interest). Your name, website and comment are public; your email address is not. Comments are kept while they are published. We do not use avatar services such as Gravatar.
8. Contacting us
If you email us, we use your address and message to answer your request and retain them for as long as needed to handle it. The contact address uses Gmail (Google).
8a. AI assistant
The chat is optional. When you send a message, our server forwards it and the recent conversation to Google Gemini to generate a reply. We process this information to answer your request and protect the service against abuse (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Do not send passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information.
The current conversation is held in the open page. Request limits use an IP-derived identifier; error logs can contain a masked IP address, browser details and an error description. Older error records are removed when the configured record limit is exceeded, or when the log is cleared. Google also processes data under its own service terms; processing may take place outside the EEA. See the provider’s terms and privacy information below.
9. Who receives data
- Hostinger International Ltd. — Website hosting. Hostinger Privacy Policy
- Google — sign-in, Gmail correspondence and Gemini chat, only when you use these features.
We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising. Fonts and other site files are served from our own server.
10. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to correct it, to have it deleted, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can withdraw consent at any time. Write to antoniukprawda@gmail.com; we reply within one month. You may also complain to a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the EU country where you live or work.
11. Children
This site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
12. Changes
We update this policy when the site or the services we use change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
